The mission of this 8-member band of professional musicians and vocalists is to present this wonderful music, and these amazing vocal harmonies, in a way that will make any Eagles fan nostalgic. With 4 lead vocalists (just like The Eagles) and 15-20 guitars on stage, we are hyper-focused on delivering these beautiful harmonies and music just the way you have been listening to them forever.
We realized that folks love The Eagles and were happy to listen to their songs no matter how they were presented/performed.... but many "tributes" took shortcuts...not having 4 lead vocalists, using backing tracks, using vocal correction devices, doing "their" versions of these great songs...and trying to re-create what you are used to hearing with only 5 or 6 band members.
Upon forming this band, we first acknowledged that Eagles are many things...a rock band, a country rock band, etc. but they are also among the greatest vocal harmony rock bands of all time.....so the mandate was not just to present these songs "as recorded" (the way you hear them on the radio or on an album) musically ...but to also present these vocal harmonies accurately which meant having 8 talented musicians and 5 vocalists who were also expert with vocal harmonies.
Simply, you can NOT recreate these songs authentically with only 5-6 band members the way many Eagles Tribute bands try to do. Afterall, the real Eagles don't appear live as a 5- or 6-piece band...because they know that these songs cannot be recreated accurately that way.
It's the reason that audience members, agents and venue owners are so impressed with EAGLES REVIVAL.....we go the extra mile to do it right!
THE HISTORY
The members of Eagles Revival are friends and the core members of several other successful rock and vocal harmony bands. They have performed together for audiences of all sizes over many years before recognizing one day that they had all the pieces necessary to create a premier concert-level Eagles Tribute Band. Superior musicianship, a proven track-record for delivering beautiful vocal harmonies, a love of this music, great reputation and relationships with agents and venues, and a proven management team...and so Eagles Revival was born!
